The ripe  fruit was picked with an abundance of colour, natural sugars, flavour, tannin and acid, perfect for a sparkling red wine.

Known for its vibrant purple red colour, it has a cherry and mulberry flavour on the palate. 

Delicious drinking now while young and fresh. Chill below 4’C for 24 hours before opening.
